Biprodip Pal is a faculty member at the reputed Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) and is committed to conducting impactful, sustainable Artificial Intelligence research and advancing teaching and learning in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering. His experience includes:

• Leading international collaborations on machine learning robustness for clinical data analysis, and implementations.
• Developing data driven statistical solutions under real-world constraints (e.g., imbalanced data, outlier), contributing to publications and prototypes.
• Contributing to software development and consultancy services for the university and external stakeholders, facilitating stakeholder discussions and contributing to strategic decisions.
• Conducting collaborative research with industry and academia, and publishing findings in reputable journals and conferences.
• Supervising theses and software development projects and evaluation.
• Delivering lectures and developing core course materials (e.g., Data Structures, Algorithm Design and Analysis, Computer Networks, Microprocessors/Assembly, Neural Networks & Fuzzy Systems).
• Designing and supervising laboratory classes, and conducting assessments.
• Contributing to curriculum and syllabus development to align programs with industry trends and emerging research directions.
• Providing academic advising and mentoring, supporting academic/career planning and co-curricular/extracurricular activities.
